Mustonate, a suggestive village of agricultural origins, extends over 60 hectares of green space in the heart of the Lombard Pre-Alps. Completely restructured between 2002 and 2004, it has been transformed into an elegant residential, naturalistic, cultural and sports centre. The village consists of six farmhouse complexes, with flats to let of various typologies and sizes, restored with great attention towards architectural details and respect for tradition, the tiny Church of Sant’Antonio and Santa Caterina, the Tana d’Orso Restaurant and an Equestrian Centre inaugurated in 2008 and fully compliant with international standards. The residential structure, which has become one of the most celebrated in Italy both for the quality of the developments and for the beauty of the landscape, is well situated both for reaching the nearest cities (Varese, Como, Milan, Lugano) and for practicing sports of an athletic nature (riding, canoeing, gliding, golf, cycling and sailing).
